With expanding patient volume, clinical complexity and a competitive market, I created a program to select, hire and train employees for the ASC environment. My approach prioritizes clinical competency and cultural fit to attract and retain quality talent. During my presentation, “Optimizing Your Clinical Workforce,” at the ASCA 2025 Conference & Expo, April 30–May 3, in Denver, Colorado, I will highlight successful strategies while advising on the pitfalls to avoid when building a strong team.
