SIS Acquires ASC Logs

Surgical Information Systems (SIS), one of the leaders in business and clinical surgical software and services for ASCs, has announced the acquisition of ASC Logs, a provider of compliance management solutions designed specifically for ASCs. This strategic acquisition strengthens SIS’ mission to deliver technology-enabled solutions empowering surgery providers to Operate Smart by helping to eliminate costly, inefficient paper and manual processes, according to a release.

Many ASCs still rely on paper-based systems and spreadsheets to manage regulatory and operational compliance. ASC Logs replaces these outdated methods with an intuitive, cloud-based platform that empowers staff with real-time access, accountability tools and automated alerts, according to the release. As a part of SIS, ASC Logs will continue enabling ASCs to achieve greater efficiency, cost savings and sustainability with the support and resources of SIS.

Key capabilities of the ASC Logs Compliance Platform include:
