Attend ASCA’s Two Final 2019 Webinars
The last two webinars in ASCA’s 2019 series will examine recent changes in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) ASC quality reporting program and the impact of Medicare’s 2020 final ASC payment rule.
On November 19, Gina Throneberry, ASCA’s director of education and clinical affairs, and Donna Slosburg, former executive director of the ASC Quality Collaboration, will lead “CMS Quality Reporting for ASCs.” They will discuss the quality measures that must be reported in 2020, review key definitions, answer frequently asked questions about the current measures and look ahead to new measures and changes being considered for the future.
ASCA’s director of Government Affairs and regulatory counsel Kara Newbury will present “Understanding Medicare’s 2020 Final Payment Rule” on December 3. She will explain how ASC payment rates will change in 2020 and whether new procedures were added to the final list of those eligible to be performed on Medicare patients in the ASC setting.
Each webinar begins at 1:00 pm ET; you can participate in the live broadcasts to ask your questions in real time or view the recordings at your convenience.
The price per webinar is $100 for ASCA members and $150 for nonmembers. Both webinars are included in ASCA’s 2019 Webinar All-Access Pass, which also includes the recordings for all 17 webinars from earlier in the year.
