Don’t miss the ASCA 2019 Conference & Expo, May 15–18, at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Onsite registration is available for ASCA’s annual conference.

Salary Survey Data Collection Opens This Month

Data collection for ASCA’s 2019 Salary & Benefits Survey is open May 1–31. This survey collects national, regional and state data on 20-plus ASC positions, and allows you to benchmark your facility’s compensation packages with those offered at similar ASCs.

The survey is open to all ASCs and participation is free. Every facility that completes 40 percent or more of the survey will receive personalized reports for free. Reports are expected to be available in July. ASCs that do not participate in the survey may also purchase reports.

The Salary & Benefits Survey, conducted every other year, features several updates this year. These include new questions about the infection preventionist position and data entry progress icons that make it easier to measure your progress within each section.
