• ASC Management Essentials (new in 2019) will focus on best practices and practical, effective ways for your ASC to remain compliant and prosper in the face of the rapid changes defining the health care marketplace this year.

ASCA will host two webinars in October. “Best Practices in Surgical Instrument Reprocessing” will take place on Tuesday, October 9. Participants will examine critical guidelines for reprocessing medical devices and explore the steps ASCs need to take to ensure patient safety. Steris Senior Education Specialist Michele McKinley will lead this webinar and provide attendees with a template for compliance.

In “A Shifting Perspective: The Voice of the Millennial Professional,” Millennials will share their honest opinions on the working world. Attendees will find out exactly what Millennial needs and priorities are in the workplace and discuss the similarities and differences between Millennials and prior generations. Amy Rey, executive vice president of Zeldis Research Associates will present the webinar on Tuesday, October 23.
