ASC staff typically have limited time to spend with patients. This makes it imperative for staff to take advantage of every moment available to provide critical education to patients, says Missy Soliz, RN, quality and risk manager for Mississippi Valley Surgery Center and Mississippi Valley Endoscopy Center in Davenport, Iowa.
