Medical Illumination Acquires Isolux

Medical Illumination International Inc. of Chatsworth, California, recently acquired Isolux LLC of Naples, Florida, according to a release. Isolux produces innovative surgical headlight products that have improved visibility, decreased fatigue and enhanced efficiency for surgeons.

Established in 1978, the company manufactures medical lighting equipment for human and veterinary healthcare. Its product range covers the complete spectrum of lighting for surgery, emergency procedures, examination and specialty uses, along with video integration systems, surgery tables, equipment pendants and air purification systems, according to the release.
