ASCA members often tell us that the end of the year is their busiest time of year. As you are closing your books, checking off the items on your end-of-year lists, accommodating staff holiday plans and providing procedures to high numbers of patients seeking care before their deductibles reset, it is hard to add more to your already full plate.
