What Makes a Great ASC Leader?

ASC owners, managers and staff have a goal: deliver high-quality, cost-effective care. This shared mission helps define the vision that true ASC leaders aim to accomplish as they work to motivate others to stay focused on the purpose behind these centers. Everyone that works in an ASC—from those at the front office to the nurses, physicians and techs—should have a clear idea of what the goal is and how to stay on top of it.
