SpinSci acquires Dialog Health

SpinSci, an agentic AI company for patient access, has acquired Dialog Health, a patient communication platform used by ASCs, according to a release. Adding Dialog Health’s patient engagement and communication capabilities expands SpinSci’s AI-powered patient access platform, creating a more connected healthcare experience.

Dialog Health brings a two-way texting and Rich Communication Services platform with reach rates of up to 96%, helping healthcare organizations engage patients through automated workflows and communications that support appointment reminders, confirmations, recall, orders, surveys, billing follow-up and staff engagement. The platform integrates with leading healthcare electronic health records and systems. That capability complements SpinSci’s existing voice AI-powered patient access and notification solutions, giving health systems a unified platform for proactive patient engagement across both voice and text, according to the release.
